Welcome to our little space on the world wide web. Let me introduce myself. I am Charles Myers, (Chuck) aka Trapper. I am 65 years old and I live in the Cookeville, Tn area. I am now retired and before moving here, I resided in the Memphis, TN area. Since moving to Cookeville, I have been blessed with the
most wonderful Lady in the world. Her name is Yvonne Spofford, and lives in Canada. She has a 21 year old Daughter Sherry, who is the apple of my eyes. They say that long distance relationships don't work. The few months that we have known each other, Yvonne has made me the happiest man alive. We do spend time together, and will be spending more time with each other as time goes on. I am very much In Love With Yvonne.
Sherry, Yvonne's daughter has CP, and so far I have not had the chance of meeting her but will in June. I do talk to her on the phone at times. Sherry and I are in the process of getting to know each other, will always come first in Yvonne's and my life. Their health and welfare and love means a lot to me, and I will be there for them always.
My schooling was at Lynchburg High School, in Lynchburg, SC. Leaving the home nest and out on my own in 1956, I joined the Air Force for 4 years, starting at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. I then transferred to Francis E Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY for 6 months where I went to school to become a teletype operator. Finishing that, I went to Clark AB in the Philippine Islands. I was there for 18 months and loved it. My last tour of duty was at Shaw AFB, close to Sumter, SC, where I was discharged. Once out of the AF and into the world, I married Ann Keziah from Blackstock, SC. We were married for 10 years and had two beautiful and wonderful children before divorcing. I became a truck driver and drove professionally for 38 years.
My Step Mom and her son live in South Carolina in a small town. Even though I don't get to see them that much, I do keep in touch every week.
Together we have three pets. One Cat, and two small dogs. Neither of them know they are animals. Hayes, the cat as well as Molly and Brat are so jealous of us. Hayes will knock over your coffee cup when you are on the computer. Molly and Brat, our dogs are jealous of the phone, and will get in our face as we try talking. Their pictures are on our pet page.
Since retiring, I enjoy doing many things like camping, fishing, Nascar racing, or watching them on tv. I also enjoy going to rodeos. I also enjoy chatting to my online friends that I have chatted with and met over the pass several years. Most of the time you will find me in #40plus chat room on starchat server. If you like good clean chatting and a lot of laughs you should come in and visit.
